ALL ARE WELCOME
St. Mark's is a faith community centered in worship, hospitable to all, active in loving service and generous with the gifts that God has given us. Together we are blessed to be building something beautiful for God in our neighborhood.
WORSHIP & CLASSES DURING CONSTRUCTION
St. Mark's has accepted a gracious invitation from First Church of Christ, Science, to share their worship space during the renovation of our sanctuary. First Church is located across the street from St. Mark's at 500 Richmond Pl. NE. The project is expected to last approximately six months.

First Church of Christ, Scientist will share their worship space with our membership until the completion of our construction project.
Please park at St. Mark's and walk over to First Church. We will return to the St. Mark's Parish Hall for Coffee Hour and classes.
Children of all ages are always welcome in Worship!
Families with small children are invited to take seats in any pew, or in the pews reserved for families up front on the left (north) side of the sanctuary.
Nursery Care is provided for children ages 0-3 all morning in the quiet area inside the foyer to the left (north). Please ask an usher if you need assistance.
Young children who wish to attend Children’s Chapel during the service may follow the cross out of the sanctuary and into the library after the Gospel reading for songs, stories, and prayers relating to the day’s Bible readings. Children ages 0-3 may attend with a caregiver, and youth ages 9+ are welcome to be a helper. Children and youth return at the Peace.

About Our Church
St. Mark’s is a progressive faith community centered in worship, inclusive to all, active in loving service and generous with the gifts that God has given us. Through our practices of worship, welcome, nurture, service and giving we are becoming a community and growing in intimacy with God. The things we really desire cannot be bought but must be lovingly crafted through relationships. Together we are blessed to be making something beautiful for God in our neighborhood.

St. Mark’s Children, Youth and Family Ministry
St. Mark’s children, youth and family ministry creates opportunities to grow in friendship with God and experience loving service to the world through music, story, small group discussion, community building, worship, outreach, laughter, art and fun.

New Here?
If you are a newcomer to our church, on any given Sunday morning, the first person to offer a welcome may be an usher, but don’t be surprised if during and after the service, other parishioners approach you to wish you peace and welcome. Fill out a newcomers’ card, get on our e-mail list to receive our newsletter, The Messenger, and join us for coffee and refreshments in our Parish Hall following the service. Scripture encourages us to recognize God in every person, and everyone who enters our door is welcome and important.
